As we begin 2026, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the past year.
2025 marked the eighth year of ODCatalyst’s practice in organizational development, leadership, and communication support. It was a year defined not only by the number of engagements, but by the depth, continuity, and trust built through ongoing professional relationships.
Throughout the year, I worked with organizations ranging from multinational corporations to public-sector institutions. Selected examples of this work include:
- Being engaged by a globally operating company to provide ongoing oversight and professional guidance on the design and quality of its training programs
- Designing and delivering online learning programs that support employees in developing career awareness and strengthening communication through structured reflection and dialogue
- Facilitating a team-building program at the request of a former business partner who has since taken on the role of Country Manager
- Delivering leadership and management training through established professional relationships with HR leaders at multinational organizations
- Designing and delivering a six-month presentation skills development program focused on influence and engagement at an international firm, initiated through trusted connections within the coaching community
- Speaking at a local government–hosted seminar focused on the development of women leaders in the workplace
In addition to several engagements now entering their third consecutive year, I also continued long-term support that has been delivered on seven separate occasions over time. Alongside these ongoing collaborations, 2025 brought new projects that could not have been anticipated at the start of the year, as well as renewed partnerships where past professional relationships evolved into new forms of collaboration.
These experiences continue to reinforce a consistent observation: sustainable growth for both individuals and organizations is shaped through the accumulation of dialogue, reflection, and trust over time. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this process and for the continued confidence placed in my work by clients and partners.
In the year ahead, ODCatalyst will continue to focus on:
- Thoughtfully connecting the present realities of organizations and individuals with their future direction
- Providing practical, experience-based support that leads to meaningful dialogue and observable behavioral change in the workplace
Through training, coaching, and consultation on organizational and leadership challenges, I remain committed to working alongside clients as a steady and reliable partner.
If you feel that:
- “There is an issue, but it is not yet clearly articulated,” or
- “You would first like to clarify your thoughts through conversation,”
please feel free to reach out, even at an early stage.
I look forward to continuing our work together and sincerely appreciate your ongoing trust and support.
